Personas are on everyone's lips. You need them to drive social selling on LinkedIn, a persona is essential for any successful online marketing, but also if you are planning a blog, are responsible for a magazine or are in charge of a company's website: a good knowledge of personas guarantees that you can also create the right content, i.e. valuable content for YOUR personas. This workshop is aimed at all newcomers in this field.
